What are the Requirements to Rent?
  1. Must be at least 30 years old.
  2. Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License.
  3. Must have Comp/Collision Insurance 100/300/50.
  4. Must have a max of a 1500$ Deductible.

Is there a Deposit Required?

In order to book and hold a date of rental, a deposit of 250$ is required and is non-refundable for any cancellations. The $250 booking deposit is applied towards the overall balance when the rental is complete, otherwise forfeited for any cancellation prior to the date of the guests rental.  An additional 1250$ will be held during the time of pick up for a total of 1500$. The deposit shall be refunded in full once the renter returns the vehicle and it is inspected with no issues.

All initial 250$ deposits are non-refundable if cancelled unless the owner cancels due to fault outside of the renters responsibility, then the deposit shall be refunded in full. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancelation at the renter’s request. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

The renter may lose their deposit in its entirety if they are found operating the vehicle in an unsafe manner, neglecting to follow laws, rules and guidelines outlined in this contract or putting anyone in harm’s way.

Billing and Late Fees?

The renter must leave a valid credit card on file and agree to be charged any incidentals after return of the vehicle.

All rentals are billed in 24 hours/1 day increments. A 1 day rental from Saturday at 9:00AM will be required to be returned on Sunday at 9:00AM. We grant a 1 hour grace period for all rentals after which an hourly charge of $99-$299 is billed. Any rental that exceeds 3 hours after the scheduled return time will be billed an extra day unless waiver is granted.

The Vehicle shall not be driven more than the agreed upon mileage. The renter will be charged $1.50-$4.00 each additional mile depending on the agreement.

If the renter does not pay for the “out of county” package, then they will be charged that amount from their deposit if they fail to stay within Fresno county.


ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL! Renters must cancel at least 48 hours before their trip for a 50% refund. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the trip in its entirety plus taxes and associated fees. The renter can be granted a credit of the trip if they cancel 5 days before scheduled pickup. Parties may shorten or extend the estimate term of rental by mutual consent.

Liabilities and Responsibilities?

The renter assumes all responsibility during the rental period. That includes but not limited to, Theft, Burglary, Vandalism, Damage, Repairs, Towing, etc.

The renter is responsible for all tickets, parking or traffic infractions while the vehicle is in their possession. Charges may be delayed up to 90 days from rental for toll or parking infractions.

Right to Service?

All reservations and transactions made are subject to the owners acceptance, which is in our sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any reservation or transaction, whether or not the reservation or transaction has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party.

The parties may shorten or extend the estimate return of rental by mutual consent.

Authorized Drivers?

Only qualified drivers are allowed to operate or drive the vehicle. No more than 2 qualified drivers per vehicle. We hold the right to forfeit qualified drivers or determine if a renter qualifies at any time. The renter will be responsible for any damages that occur that take place from an unqualified driver. There will be an additional charge of 100$ for each qualified driver.

No passengers under the age of 7 unless the passenger is in a federally approved restraint system.

Rental Restrictions?

The vehicle can not exceed 100mph.

  • 1st offence: Warning
  • 2nd offence: Warning
  • 3rd offence: Forfeit 250$ from deposit.
  • 4th offence: Full deposit forfeited and car will be shut down.

The vehicle shall not be used in any illegal manner.

You can not use the vehicle on a race track of any kind.

The vehicle may not leave Fresno county unless that package is paid for. Otherwise the renter will have that amount (99$) deducted from their deposit.

The vehicle cannot leave the state. If it does, local authorities may be alerted and the renter will forfeit the full deposit.

The renter may not sublease the vehicle for any reason.

The renter will not allow any other person to operate the vehicle unless stated in the rental agreement/contract.

Smoking and Drinking?

No smoking is allowed in the vehicle. There will be a $250 fee if the smell of smoke of any kind is present. If any burn marks are detected, then the renter will be charged for repairs on the credit card on file.

No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the vehicle. There will be a $500 fee for any alcohol container left behind when the vehicle is returned and a lifetime ban from renting any vehicles from this company.

How Does Fuel Work?

The vehicle requires minimum 91 octane fuel. Any fuel will be tested at the end of the rental period. If the wrong fuel is used, then the renter will be charged for any fees associated with draining, damage and adding new fuel.

All fuel shall be paid for by the renter. If the renter fails to return the fuel full, then the company has the right to charge the card on file for the remainder of the fuel and an additional $50 inconvenience fee.

How Do Claims Work?

The renter agrees to pay for any damage done while the vehicle is in their possession, whether a cash settlement is agreed upon or an insurance claim is filed through the insurance company provided by the renter. If the renter does not agree to pay for any damage done by them, the owner/company has the right to pursue legal action. The renter will be responsible for the total lost time and money the vehicle is not being rented due to damages/repairs caused by the renter.

Privacy Statement

All actions in the vehicle are recorded and monitored. The vehicle is fitted with GPS enabling a warning to be issued to you for several reasons, for example if excessive speeding is detected. If you ignore any warnings and continue to use the car in a way we deem to be excessive, the Security Deposit held may be considered a total loss. Any damage caused by misuse of the car could result in it being collected and no replacement being provided.

There may be a drivers license check to insure that the renter has an approved and up to date license with the state of issue.
